Corporate Sample Policy
At Gift
Baskets by Design, we fully understand and appreciate
that most businesses require samples and/or a gift basket design
before making a final decision to place a large order as part
of their corporate gift giving.
Although we initially charge for the sample order, we will gladly
credit its purchase price toward the larger customized order (less
taxes & shipping).
The sample design is most certainly returnable. However, please
note, it must be returned fully intact as you received
it and a 15% restocking fee (plus shipping costs) will be applied.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer
delivery and shipping locally, nationally and internationally!
Local deliveries will be made within 24-48 hours upon receipt
of the order. For more details, please do not hesitate asking.
Should we encounter any shipping delays for your order, we will
most certainly contact you. As all our gift baskets are custom-made,
this will ensure your recipient always receives the freshest quality
products in a timely fashion!

Substitution Policy
Every attempt will be
made to fill each order as requested. However, in the event that
a product and/or container become unavailable, Gift
Baskets by Design reserves the right to substitute
a product of equal or greater value at no extra cost. Nevertheless,
you can be assured the quality of the gift basket will never be
compromised!
Return Policy
Should you not be satisfied
with your order, for any reason, please contact us immediately
(within 24 hours of delivery). Please retain all products and
original receipts and return them to us. We will replace, exchange
or issue a credit note, but there are no refunds. We pride ourselves
with excellent customer service and want to ensure you are 100%
completely satisfied at all times.
Cancellation Policy
Orders, from time-to-time,
may have to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If you
need to cancel your order, please call us immediately at
519-433-7720 by the end of any given business day
at which time the order was originally placed and there will be
no charges. However, if the cancellation request occurs 24 hrs.
after the original order there will be non-refundable handling
fee equivalent to 20% of the total amount of the original order
. Similarly, if your gift basket order has left our premise, you
will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Payment & Order Policy
Method of payment and
for your order is easy and simple! All prices are quoted in Canadian
dollars and are subject to Ontario's 8% PST and Canada's 5% GST.
We accept payment by cash, VISA and/or MasterCard. Upon credit
approval, we also offer corporate billing. Please ask for more
details.

through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST or Saturday 10 a.m. to 2

as provided.
Privacy Policy
Ensuring a strict privacy
policy for all our customer account information is very important
to us. At no time or for any reason will Gift
Baskets by Design ever sell or release your customer
account information to any other company. This information is
strictly for the sole purpose of offering our complete services
to you at the time of your order.
